Fingers, Toes, & Everything Goes!

So Saturday morning Drew's sister and I decided to meet up to get our nails done... first and foremost let me make a Shout Out to:

During this nail quest, not only did Tara and I enjoy amazing Spa Pedicures and phenomenal Gel and Regular Manicures... we had a high sight of entertainment

also, disregard my lack of beverage




Furthermore... did you know that Komodo Dragons can kill ram's (they have no fear like the Honey Badger... they chase them too) and Bullfrogs can attack each other violently and sit on their tadpoles to birth new ones.... and Baby Seals sleep with snow shoved up their noses, Madagascar Lemurs can kill and eat Scorpions...



AND ALL of this educational message was brought to us by the televisions at the Nail Spa... you never seem to fail me Vietnamese Nail Technicians, with your awesome questions about my family, love life, and job... you keep the quirks coming and the television shows kill the mood but you do trim a great cuticle.

Meanwhile..


Tara was asked if she was signaling HBO on the tips of her fingers (while she was soaking off her Gel Polish) by a hilarious woman who also wanted Animal Planet to be turned off... laughs, relaxation and a few heart to heart's later... we were finished and headed off to our busy lives.

Your 2nd Birthday

  Bryer boy, Bryer boy. I cannot believe you are two. I will never forget the night I went into labor with you. I went to the hospital around 10 or 11 o’clock at night on the 23rd. I remember thinking, I can’t believe he’s doing this to me. Your dad said you could come any day, and of course, you chose a day that will forever confuse me when it comes to your birthday and your actual birth date. But that’s just like you, full of surprises. And in these last 365 days, you’ve continued to surprise me in the best ways. I’m not shocked one bit. Your eighth birthday

  Audrey Kaydence. Today you are 8 years old. Holy cow kid. You made it to 8. Time goes faster than what I would deem appropriate but all in all you have had quite some LIFE in your years. Let’s recap the last year shall we?  You switched schools in February, which was a challenging decision, but a good one you were at a much smaller school now with a much smaller network of friends and it is healthier for you.  Your blonde hair is still blonde and your eyes are still this gray blue green. They change all the time primarily gray and green sometimes blue and green still very light still very curly. You have more freckles now than you ever have before and I am admiring watching your face with glasses as I know that contacts are coming soon to help with your myopia. You will always be my baby.
