I must document everything I eat in a 24 hour period for the next 7 months straight on My Fitness Pal.
I must stick to a clean, Daniel fast, easily maintained diet...outlined as the following: I've done this meal plan before and lost a tremendous amount of weight... but some of it, has unhappily come back...
(the following foods have mainly exited my diet over a year ago, I blogged about this when I first began losing weight in 2011, but I re-posted this for anyone who is looking to drastically change their bad eating habits as well!

WARNING; THIS POST MAY MAKE YOU HUNGRY AND CAUSE YOU TO EAT FATTENING FOODS WITH EMPTY CALORIES.
[x] - Everything Fried (OREOS, french fries, taquitos, doughnuts, onion rings, chicken nuggets, calamari, chicken, chips, sushi, etc.)

[x] - All types of cake (Cupcakes, bundt, birthday, chocolate, caramel, coffee, spice, red velvet, vanilla, lemon, and even Cotton Candy Retro Bakery cupcakes ;[)
cookies come in moderation, calories of one cookie vs. one cupcake greatly differ
[X] - Everything to drink besides water and occasional green tea (We have a reverse osmosis in my house, so I'm even staying green by saving the environment and re-using my water bottle; everything else must be consumed as a sample sip)
[X] - Candy; I'm not a fiend, but they truly do provide empty calories so when I enjoy them, they need to come in rare moderation (no more than once or twice a week)
[X] - Eating out in general (I live in Las Vegas, Nevada "Sin City:... this city is home of some of the best, rustic, delightful, beautiful, and lively restaurants around... which causes locals to thrive on eating out often ;[ downside to all of this... you have NO control of portions or calories)
[X] - White bread/ white flour and food with un-necessary amounts of flour (Pizza, Tacos, Pot Pie, Submarine sandwiches, etc.)

[X] - Meats with fattening values (leaning towards, only eating lean meats, such as turkey and chicken which would be alternatives to my usual pork and beef)
[X] - Pasta of all kinds (exception; if served at home, whole wheat or smart fiber in small portions no more than once a week)
wish me luck... because all of that wonderful food; is what got me to the weight I'm at now.
and Exercising at least 4 times a week cardiovascular, and 3 times strength training...

Friday being designated for cardio only...
